It actually replaces the Gallant, the flat-pack icon of Internet startups from Santa Clara to Shanghai. You might even mistake it for a Gallant at first glance. The particleboard and stain-proof veneer top is identical (with the same 8 options), but the legs are a bit chunkier to accommodate the internal electronics capable of supporting 154 pounds. There is one caveat: maximum height tops out at 48 inches. That means extreme ectomorphs—six-foot-four and over—may have to resort to plastic bins and beer cases.
