Generate following output
Windows Key+X > Click on either Powershell (Admin) or Command Prompt (Admin)
Copy below and paste into Powershell / Cmd windows and Enter
slmgr.vbs /dlv
Look for the words KMS (Key Management Server), GVLK (Generic Volume License Key ). If KMS/GVLK appear - It is a volume license key used by organizations and is managed through Key Management System hosted on a centralized server. Hence, you can not use it. The key is not a valid key to be used. It is a counterfeit license. You will have to buy a new license for Windows and use that.
If KMS/GVLK don't appear, post the output here of Powershell script.

You appears to be using volume license, which is not supposed to be used by end users.
If that is the case, you may need to buy new license for your Windows 10.

You seem to be running an application - Smadav that is blocking that script, allow the script so you can see the output from that and please post the resulting dialog

Fix Office Activation Error Code 0xC004F074: The main cause of this error data & time sync issue but others have reported it can also be due to overloading of Office Activation Servers. Different users have reported different issue example someone was able to fix this error by updating DNS client while others simply tried at a different time and were able to activate their copy of Microsoft Office.
You will receive the following error:
Error 0xC004F074: The Software Licensing Service reported that the computer could not be activated. No Key Management Service (KMS) could be contacted. Please see the Application Event Log for additional information.
So now we have discussed the causes of above error let’s see how to fix this error.
Fix Office Activation Error Code 0xC004F074
Make sure to create a restore point just in case something goes wrong.

Method 1: Microsoft Office 2016 Volume License Pack (16.0.4324.1002)
To fix the issue, download and install the latest Microsoft Office 2016 Volume License Pack (16.0.4324.1002).

Method 2: Make sure your PC Date and time is correct
1.Click on the date and time on the taskbar and then select “Date and time settings.
2.If on Windows 10, make “Set Time Automatically” to “on.”
3.For others, click on “Internet Time” and tick mark on “Automatically synchronize with Internet time server.”
4.Select Server “time.windows.com” and click update and “OK”. You don’t need to complete update. Just click OK.
Setting correct date & time should Fix Office Activation Error Code 0xC004F074 but if the issue is still not resolved then continue.
Method 3: Disable and Re-enable DNS host
1.Press Windows Key + R then type “regedit” and hit Enter.
